Venice Area Birding Association (VABA) is a group of folks who want to enjoy the environment and nature without the cumbersome politics of an organized group. Birding field trips will be posted here along with a few photos.
Some of the field trips will have maximum attendance numbers of fifteen people. Please register with the trip leaders.
ATTENTION - IMPORTANT INFO!!!
We will meet at HOME DEPOT parking lot in Venice on the JACARANDA side near the garden center at 8:00 AM OR we will meet at PUBLIX parking lot at Rte. 776 and Gaspirilla Rd on the 776 side in Rotonda.
ALL trips: Bring WATER, insect repellent, sun tan lotion, snacks, binoculars and lunch when designated.
Meeting places may change due to trip locations. Check back on this site.
YOU MUST NOTIFY trip leaders as to where you will meet for car pooling.
